October 2022: Relating while recovering and beyond

It is evident to me, in my work as a psychologist, that changing one’s relationships with others is an essential part of a recovery process. Whether it be recovering from addiction, or any mental health hurdle, a change in relationships with others is required.

A great part of my work is assisting clients to manage the process of changing these relationships. This is done by assisting clients to let go of some relationships and ways of relating with some people and build closer, more intimate relationships, with other people who they already know or new people in their life.

To find out more join in on Saturday November 5 from 9:30 to 11:30am, on zoom, for the seminar ‘Having Healthy Relationships in Recovery’, a morning of connection, education and inspiration as we delve into the aspects of having healthy relationships in recovery.
