COVID-19 Tip 8: Learn from astronauts.

In the past week SpaceX and NASA launched two men into orbit to reach and dock at the International Space Station (ISS). This was a historical moment, marking the first commercially made rocket taking NASA astronauts to the ISS. The first attempt to launch did not go ahead, due to weather problems, the second attempt did, a few days later. So what can we learn from astronauts, in general, to help us be resilient, even under the toughest conditions? Based on what astronauts do and the behaviours and attitudes they take on, when living on the ISS.
