Many of you may have used the time of the pandemic isolation as a time for introspection, re-evaluated many different parts of their life and themself.
Some may have evaluated their work situation and may have resolved to look for new work, when the time is right, others may have decided that they value the work that they have, more than before.
Others may have re-evaluated their situation at home, the need to move home, the need to change the way they relate to certain people in their lives.
Added to this they may look at their relationship with themself, do they like themself? What they would like to change about themselves, the way they think and feel, the way they behave, the way they keep physically healthy?
Take a few minutes to evaluate yourself, be kind to yourself when you do this. You could use where, what, why, what and how as a start to questions to be curious about yourself. Examples of questions may be; what would I like to change about myself? Who can I interact differently with? What would I like to do differently/change? Where would I like to be 5 years from now?
