YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST

Adena is a fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority – AHPRA (Registration No: PSY0001125660) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society – APS (membership No: 108525).

She draws from her 10 years of experience as a psychologist and teacher. In this time she learnt that most people attend psychology sessions in order to express concerns about their significant others. Many times these conversations revolve around their lives and the relating or lack of relating to these people.

She shows genuine and empathic support and concern for her clients. She engages her clients in working collaboratively with her, with the aim of increasing their feeling of well-being.

During sessions she utilises various therapeutic frameworks to guide sessions with clients. Sessions are tailored to assess and address the specific needs and concerns of each client, according to their unique situation.
